Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $100 or more (before taxes).
Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 1-3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Halsey House is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, we're happy to point you in the right direction.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is entered, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
